File this outfit under: things I never ever thought I’d wear again after the 90’s. Faux leather pants (read: pleather…). Not something I’d typically think to add to my wardrobe but this pair from Lulus.com had me converted. Paired with one of my favorite colors, cobalt, it makes me feel just the right amount of badass without looking like I’m playing dress up.

I’m also still in love with peplum and snatched up this royal blue number from H&M right before the holidays and have worn it a gazillion times ranging from job interviews to going out for drinks. Versatility at its finest.
