“I am grateful for what I am and have.
My thanksgiving is perpetual.
It is surprising how contented one can be with nothing definite –
only a sense of existence.”
– Henry David Thoreau

Thankful. From last year’s Thanskgiving in London

I’ll keep it short and sweet today but just wanted to take a moment here to say thank you; my gratitude seems to be overflowing  and this blog is a huge part of it. It’s been a big year for me and I’m still constantly amazed by the impact that blogging has had on my life and the opportunities it has created for me – every reader I’ve met, every comment someone’s left, every new follower – they’ve all made me so incredibly happy and I am truly thankful every single day for this blog and the wonderful things it’s brought into my life.

Whatever today holds for you, I hope you’re able to press pause for a moment and think through what you’re thankful for this year, from the big to the small. Gratitude is truly what turns what we have into enough, and this year I’m feeling luckier than ever.

Happy Thanksgiving!
